John J. McGill is a novelist whose writing is enriched by a lifetime of diverse experiences and extensive travels. Having worn many hats—from serving in the military and academia to working in various management roles and even driving a taxi.
John’s journey spans not only a wide range of professions but also multiple continents. He has called the Middle East home for over two decades, and he has also spent significant periods living and working in Europe, Asia, and South and Central America. These varied experiences have given him a unique, compassionate perspective on life and culture, which now informs his mindful and insightful storytelling.

His debut novel, "Me and Mrs. M." (tentative title), invites readers to explore themes of love, memory, and the subtle complexities of life. With a voice that reflects deep insight and empathy, John transforms his varied life experiences into stories that resonate on multiple levels.
